Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account details (name, e-mail, company, country, GSTIN if provided), ticket content and attachments you submit, payment references from Razorpay (we never see or store full card numbers), and security logs (IP address, user agent) for fraud prevention.
How we use it
To deliver support, bill you, meet tax obligations, secure the service and send service notifications. We do not sell personal data or use your application files to train models.
Retention
Attachments are deleted 90 days after a ticket closes. Ticket text is kept for the life of your account. Invoices are kept for 8 years as required by Indian tax law. Audit logs are kept for 2 years.
Processors
Hosting and object storage provider, Razorpay (payments), a transactional e-mail provider. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data (subject to legal retention) under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where applicable, the GDPR.
