Refund policy

Unused credits
Credit packs can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if none of the credits have been used. Refunds are made to the original payment method via Razorpay, usually within 5–7 business days.
SLA breach
If we miss the substantive-response SLA, the credits used on that ticket are returned to your wallet automatically. We continue working on the ticket.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a plan at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period. Partial months are not refunded.
